Founded in December 2017, Associated Coaters Limited provides aluminium extrusion pre-treatment and powder coating services to architects and the real estate industry. The process begins with a comprehensive cleaning, where the surface of the aluminium extrusions is thoroughly cleaned of dirt, grease and contaminants that could hinder the subsequent coating process. A strategic chemical solution is then applied to improve the adhesion of the powder coating.
In the six years of its existence, the company has become an approved applicator for Akozonobel, Jotun and Asian Paints for the coating of buildings. With an annual capacity of 1,200 tonnes, consisting of one automatic and one manual coating line, they are a growing player in the field of aluminium extrusion coating in Eastern India. Continuous investment in state-of-the-art equipment has put us at the forefront of technology. The company currently operates two manual powder coating lines and one fully automated powder coating line which was commissioned in July 2017.
