Ceigall India Limited was incorporated in July 2002. The company is an infrastructure construction company specialising in special civil works such as elevated roads, flyovers, bridges, railroad overbridges, tunnels, highways, expressways and airfields. It is one of the fastest growing engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) companies with a turnover of over ₹ 10 billion in FY 2024 and more than 20 years of experience in the industry as measured by three-year CAGR.
Over the last two decades, the company has evolved from a small construction company to an established EPC contractor that has demonstrated its expertise in designing and constructing various road and highway projects, including specialty structures, across 10 states in India.
The company has evolved into an infrastructure construction company with expertise in executing specialty structures such as elevated roads, flyovers, bridges, railroad overbridges, tunnels, highways, expressways and runways and is known for delivering quality projects. The company has a consistent track record of delivering projects on time or schedule.
The company has diversified its geographical presence in the areas of construction, development and execution of major multi-lane highway projects with associated structures in various Indian states such as Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Jharkhand, Delhi, Maharashtra and Bihar. In the financial year 2022, the projects were spread across six states and expanded to ten states by 2024. At the time of publication of this Red Herring Prospectus, the projects are spread across ten Indian states.
