Rappid Valves (India) Limited was incorporated in May 2002 and is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of valve solutions. The extensive product portfolio includes a wide range of valves including ball valves, gate valves, globe valves, butterfly valves, check valves, double block valves, filters and marine valves manufactured in ferrous and non-ferrous materials and in sizes ranging from 15 mm to 600 mm to meet a variety of requirements.
In order to consolidate business operations, the company has moved its headquarters and production facility to the same location. The production unit is equipped with comprehensive standard machinery including conventional machines, automated CNC machines, automated VMC, automated test benches and EOT cranes, lathe, milling, radial drilling, bench grinder, saw, hardness tester, lapping, arc welding, air compressor, polishing, CNC super jobber, VMC, crane, pallet lifter, PMI machine, testing machine, etc. to support a seamless manufacturing process.
Their technical solutions form precision control systems that ensure a long service life under various conditions. Their international standards enable the production of valves for critical applications in industries such as ethanol and breweries, shipbuilding, marine, EPC, OEM, etc. This award not only emphasizes Rappid Valves' commitment to quality but also provides a competitive advantage over the competition.
