Anchor Investor is a qualified institutional investor (QIIs or QIBs) subscribing to an IPO for Rs 10 crore or more. Find below the IPO Anchor Investors list for all BSE and NSE IPOs in 2025. The anchor allocation report includes name of the anchor investor or institution, mutual fund houses, allotment price, and number of shares allotted to each anchor investor.

Any bank, financial institutions, provident fund houses, mutual fund companies, and foreign investors who invest at least Rs 10 crore in an IPO will be the anchor investor. A public issue opens for bidding by anchor investment a day before the IPO offering period.

An IPO can allocate a maximum of 30% of the total issue size or 60% of shares reserved for QIBs in the anchor investor quota. 50% of shares allotted to anchor investors is locked for 30 days and the remaining 50% is locked for 90 days.
