IFL Enterprises Limited was incorporated in January 2009 and is a subsidiary of India Finsec Limited and represents the other business activities of the Group. The company is engaged in business advisory, loan syndication and execution and focuses on small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the corporate and non-corporate sector. The company also deals in textile products, mainly fabrics.
The company has recently received direct distribution appointments from PNB Housing Finance, Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited, and IDFC Bank. Additionally, the company is presently in the process of obtaining Direct Selling Agent (DSA) agreements with ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, IDBI Bank, and India Bulls. The DSAs, with their robust network in the debt financing market, assist and advise small and medium-sized enterprises to secure bank and institutional financing. The company is confident that their expertise in the Indian credit markets will further enhance their ability to invest in securities, particularly bonds and other fixed income instruments, and generate excellent risk-adjusted returns.
