Rapid Investments offers LAP for construction of houses, extension/improvement of houses and MSME financing for the borrower’s primary residence. The company works only with registered title deeds and offers financing at an average interest rate of 24%. The loans vary between L2 and L10, have a term of 3 to 7 years and do not exceed 40% of the market value of the pledged collateral. The company has a solid legal, technical and financial process and hires only the best professionals in the industry
